310.10的介绍

310.20订购放射性物质

Personnel who have received authorization from the 辐射安全 委员会 to use radioactive material can order materials by complying with the following steps:

1. 完成一份描述所订购放射性物质的申请单. Type "RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS" on the first line in the Description section of the requisition form. 部门采购单(dpo)不得用于订购放射性物质.
2. Complete the Permit to Purchase Radioactive Materials Form RSM-2M and attach to the requisition.

310.30接收放射性物质:

1. All shipments of radioactive materials to the 365滚球官网 shall be received by the radiation safety officer, 除非辐射安全官员批准了其他安排. The radiation safety officer or designee will inspect the package, and record its receipt.
2. The radiation safety officer or designee will deliver the package to the authorized group. It shall be the duty of the radiation safety officer or designee to ensure that all shipments of radioactive materials received be processed and made available to the user within the same day of their delivery.

310.50个位于莫斯科以外的设施

Procedures for obtaining and receiving radioactive materials at university facilities located outside of Moscow shall be determined by the 辐射安全 委员会 at the time of authorization.

310.60放射性物质的转移

1. Radioactive materials may be transferred from an authorized user to the radiation safety officer for waste disposal.
2. Radioactive materials may be transferred from one user to another upon written approval of the radiation safety officer or designee, 如果接收用户被授权使用被转移的材料.
3. Approval from the radiation safety officer or designee shall be required 之前 transferring radioactive materials to or away from the 365滚球官网.
